Luxe Fitness has recruited some of the most talented “In Home” personal trainers in the industry. These coaches are what we would consider to be “Master Level Trainers.” These professionals will typically have:

  • A minimum of five (5) years in the fitness/ weight loss industry
  • Carry a minimum of three certifications by national certifying bodies OR have a degree in Exercise Physiology, Sports Medicine or Kinesiology or a combination thereof.
  • Have demonstrated an understanding of fitness and weight loss at a high level
  • Have demonstrated empathy and understanding of what our clients are dealing with
  • Have worked for some of the largest and most successful gym brands in the nation.
  • Can pass a national background check
  •  Have CPR/ AED education.

Weight loss can be boiled down to a fairly simple principal that you have heard before, but just isn’t that exciting to believe. Ultimately it comes down to energy (calories) being consumed vs. your body’s need for energy. If you regularly consume more energy than your body needs your body will store the surplus as fat. If you regularly consume less energy than your body needs your body will need to go to your fat stores to make up the deficit and you begin to lose weight.

Your program will include certified personal training, dietary help, lifestyle modification or behavior change coaching as needed as well as the accountability, support and guidance needed for you to achieve your goals.

Bronze- This is a pay as you go (month-to-month) program. This is a great option for someone who wants to try before they really commit. It is also an appropriate program for someone just needing a quick tune up of their exercise program or under 10 pounds to lose. 

Silver- You will enjoy a discount over the Bronze program. Great for someone with 30 pounds or less to lose. This is also an appropriate program for someone on a tight schedule. If you have 90 days to make a change then this is the program of you. A 3 month commitment is required.
